Mariann er en tryllekunstner på kjøkkenet, og i dag reddet hun rett og slett dagen min! Det hele begynte egentlig i går da hun la ut oppskrift på &lt;i&gt;Sjokoladekake i ei skål&lt;/i&gt;. Det eneste som hjelper nå er en sjokoladekake som i går, tenkte jeg. På med pc'n og frem med bloggen til Mariann. Og hva skuet mitt øye. SuperMariann hadde lagt ut en ny oppskrift - "&lt;i&gt;Rett i skåla-kake"&lt;/i&gt;, og den så like smaskens ut som den forrige. Jeg svinget meg rundt og på en-to-tre fikk jeg en kake som smakte enda bedre enn den forrige. Ferdiglagde baconkjøttboller kjøpt på Rema, en lett salat, creme fraiche og lavkarbo-"pasta". Skjær squash i tynne skiver - gjerne med ostehøvel. Kok en stund i lettsaltet vann til skivene har litt tyggemotstand. Jeg kokte dem i bortimot ett minutt. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Kjapp og god middag :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Last Sunday was a busy day, so we made a meal out of meatballs, sallad, creme fraiche and thin slices of squash boiled in about a minute. Line og bloggen hennes &lt;a href="http://lilalife.no/wordpress/"&gt;LilaLife&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;er hovedgrunnen til at jeg har startet opp med en lavkarbo-livsstil. Det gikk opp for meg at jeg er nærmest sykelig avhengig av sukker og et kosthold med mye karbohydrater bare trigger denne avhengigheten. Et innlegg hos &lt;a href="http://lilalife.no/wordpress/"&gt;LilaLife&lt;/a&gt; ga meg en skikkelig tankevekker.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Jeg har nå lagt om livsstilen min helt, og fra å spise sjokolade og drikke Pepsi Max hver dag er ikke disse tingene en del av hverdagen min i det hele tatt. Det føles fantastisk godt, men jeg hadde ikke klart det uten hjelp fra en ernæringsfysiolog som har hjulpet meg å sette opp mål og måter å nå disse på. Tonje - du er TOPPEN :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Høsten består ikke lenger av korte glimt av sukkerlykke med påfølgende dårlig samvittighet og selvbebreidelser. Istedet er jeg nå opplagt og lykkelig, eksperimenterer med spennende oppskrifter og trener flere ganger i uken. Hell over fløte slik at kjøttet er dekket. Pøs på med soyasaus. På en hel form kan du gjerne bruke bortimot en halv flaske - smaken blir nydelig. På toppen strør du masse sjampinjong i biter.&amp;nbsp; Sett i stekeovnen på 200 grader og stek i ca 20 minutter. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Serveres med stekt bacon og kokt brokkoli og blomkål.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Knowing what to make for the sunday dinner isn't always easy.
